Refunds
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Please review our return options below for store credit and exchanges.
Store Credits
Store credits are available for non-final sale items when postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
Once your return is processed, a store credit will be issued to the email address associated with your order at checkout. Store credits can be used toward any future purchase.
Exchanges
Once your return is received at our warehouse, we’ll process and ship your exchange at no additional cost.
Please note that your requested item or size is not held during the exchange process. If your requested size is unavailable once your return is received, you’ll receive a store credit for the full amount of your purchase, issued to the email provided at checkout.
Sale Items
All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, store credits, or exchanges.
Any final sale items sent back will be returned to sender and may be subject to additional shipping costs.
Return Requirements
All returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Original tags attached
- Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair, or stains
If an item does not meet these requirements, it will be returned to you and additional shipping costs may apply.
Return Shipping & Tracking
We highly recommend keeping your tracking number for all returned packages. This allows you to confirm when your return has been received.
Please note: we do not send notifications when returns arrive at our warehouse, and we are not responsible for lost return packages.
